Luxury Rental Homes, Inc was established by Michael Pulscher in 1999. Michael is a builder/developer who has built several homes in the Springfield area and also developed Olde Ivy Subdivision in the Southeast corner of Springfield. When a property management company approached Michael in 1997 about the possibility of leasing his houses out as executive rentals, Michael jumped at the opportunity. Two years later, Luxury Rental Homes, Inc was born and Michael began to manage his properties through his own company. His goal was and still is to provide executives and their families with a place they can call home.
